Cobarruviaz - Chief of Police, Redwood City Police Department <br />Raynor Tsuneyoshi - Director, Department of Boating & Waterways <br /> <br />Subject: Police Patrol Vessel Utilization Agreement <br /> <br />The Redwood City Police Department acknowledges receipt of a 26' 1998 Almar patrol <br />vessel CF 3723 XC and Trailer E1158114 from the California Department of Boating and <br />Waterways for a term of 7.5 years or until 2015 whichever comes first or the vessel is <br />deemed unseaworthy and in need of replacement. By receiving this vessel the Redwood <br />City Police Department agrees to operate the vessel 10 to 15 hours per week during <br />peak boating season, and as much as possible during the remainder of the year. For <br />the purposes of this agreement peak boating season has been identified as the last <br />Monday in May (Memorial Day) through the first Monday in September (Labor Day). In <br />addition, the Redwood City Police Department agrees to abide by the terms and <br />conditions of the attached patrol vessel agreement. <br /> <br />By signing below the designated representative agrees to abide by the terms of this <br />memorandum of understanding. <br /> <br />Louis A.
