Council continued to discuss the <br /> various options including withdrawal of the measure, continued dialogue and/or Council <br /> returning with a counter proposal. Mayor Foust commented that Council was open to have <br /> all parties discuss these issues and possibly withdraw the initiative and return to address a <br /> plan that would be a better fit with well defined objectives and areas of concern.
