Vice Mayor Howard announced a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Fair Oaks Community <br /> Center at 11:00 on Friday, June 20 for the community shuttle service of the Fair Oaks <br /> Community and surrounding area. She noted the Veterans Memorial Senior Center was <br /> having a Murder Mystery Fundraiser (Murder at the Louvre) on Saturday, June 28� from 6-9 <br /> p.m., for $50.00 to include dinner and the mystery, and all proceeds going in support of the <br /> senior center. Mayor Foust volunteered she would be in attendance as well. <br /> Council Member Pierce encouraged everyone to pick up postcards at City Hall about the <br /> upcoming summer Friday events at Courthouse Square, and also future events at Stafford <br /> and Marlin Park, beginning June 25� and 26` respectively. <br /> Council Member Pierce encouraged people to see the announcements/postcards for <br /> downtown concerts. She announced that the postcards are available at City Hall. <br /> Mayor Foust announced the upcoming concerts throughout the city in various parks. <br /> Chris Beth, with Parks and Recreation Community Services, said that Target Day will be <br /> this Sunday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. He also announced the first cultural day on <br /> Sunday. <br /> M/S Pierce/Ira to adjourn the meeting at 10:08 p.m. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br /> vote. <br /> 9.
