MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> September 28, 1998 <br /> MO. 98-252 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 5, 1998 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> Finance Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PH-Pacific Shores Development Agreement (304) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 28, 1998. <br />Present: Councilmembers Bain, Claire, Hartnett, Ira and Vice Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmember Leipzig and Mayor Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Hartnett, Ira that the development agreement be modified with <br /> respect to the traffic mitigation fee and that the recommended items be <br /> segregated; that the developer bear the cost of $2.2 million and undertake <br /> those items at his cost whether or not they exceed $2.2 million; and that it <br /> not be a reimbursable expense for the traffic mitigation fee; and that the <br /> traffic mitigation fee be set at $3 per square foot (SF) and that it not be <br /> lowered if there were a Citywide traffic mitigation fee that would be less <br /> than $3/SF. Passed 5-0. (Howard, Leipzig absent.) <br /> <br /> Motion adopted by those members present. <br /> <br /> <br />
