4/23/01 <br />0RIGItiAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14195 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />FRIENDLY ACRES AREA STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT — PHASE II; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Friendly Acres Area Storm <br />Improvements Project — Phase II, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Friendly Acres Area Storm Drain Improvements Project — Phase II - City of <br />Redwood City, California ", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
