The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a suppfemental seopedf work <br />and fee schedule, wnichis attached to and incorporated by this reference as ExhibIt <br />"N, ~ Scope of Services and Exhibit "8" - Schedule of Fees., <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration ofthese recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. In addition to those services contained iii the Agreement, as may rlBve <br />been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br />Exhibit "'A.n <br /> <br />2. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended and shall expire upon completion of work, and Consultant wltl be paId <br />on an hourly basis up to the amount of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Twenty Five <br />doBars ($218,025.00}. The amended not-to-exceed atJthorization for the Agreement wm <br />increase by Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Twenty Five dollars ($218.025.00) from <br />Three Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand. Five Hundred Fifty doHars ($369:,550.,00) to Five <br />Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five dollars ($587.575.00). <br /> <br />3. Consultant will complete all work described 1n Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />4, All other provtsfons of the Agreement. as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5.
