<br />6.3A <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, future agreements will address details related to the maintenance and <br /> <br />operations of the Smart Corridors Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized to execute the <br />MOU, attached hereto as "Exhibit 1," between the County of San Mateo, the <br />City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG), Caltrans District 4, the City of <br />Belmont, the City of Burlingame, the City of Foster City, the City of Millbrae, the City of <br />Redwood City, the City of San Bruno, the City of San Carlos, the City of San Mateo, the <br />Town of Atherton, the City of South San Francisco, the City of Menlo Park, the City of <br />East Palo Alto, the Metropolitan Transportation commission (MTC), and the San Mateo <br />County Transportation Authority (SMCTA) to acknowledge the Smart Corridors Project, <br />and to agree to work cooperatively to assist in development of the Smart Corridors <br />project. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />ATTYIRESO/RESO.1869 <br />111208 <br />
