(The <br />Planning Commission will be reviewing other technical reports as soon as they are <br />finalized). <br /> <br />. Special Presentations: On November 20th the San Mateo County Health Department <br />made a special presentation on aging and healthy communities before the Senior <br />Affairs Commission and the Housing and Human Concerns Committee. <br /> <br />. Web site update: City staff and consultants are working to revamp the City's New <br />General Plan web site. Besides giving it a cleaner and more intuitive structure, a <br />display of land use alternatives as presented at the Community Forum workshop on <br />September 27 will be posted, and also a display of other alternatives based on <br />community comments received to date. <br /> <br />. On-going - Staff is finishing the notes and summaries from the Community Forum and <br />will make them available to the public on the City's web site. Staff also plans to hold <br />future meetings with the Boards, Committees, and Commissions over Fall and Winter, <br />place background reports, workshop summaries, upcoming meetings and an on-line <br />survey on the City's web site; and complete other activities to keep the public engaged <br />in the process. <br /> <br />Schedule <br />Given the clear direction by the City Council, staff is making every effort to con'lplete the <br />New General Plan on schedule (by Fall 2009).
