<br />11/24/2008 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized to execute the <br />MOU, attached hereto as "Exhibit 1," between the County of San Mateo, the <br />City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG), Caltrans District 4, the City of <br />Belmont, the City of Burlingame, the City of Foster City, the City of Millbrae, the City of <br />Redwood City, the City of San Bruno, the City of San Carlos, the City of San Mateo, the <br />Town of Atherton, the City of South San Francisco, the City of Menlo Park, the City of <br />East Palo Alto, the Metropolitan Transportation commission (MTC), and the San Mateo <br />County Transportation Authority (SMCTA) to acknowledge the Smart Corridors Project, <br />and to agree to work cooperatively to assist in development of the Smart Corridors <br />project. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />A TTY /RESO/RESO.1869 <br />111208 <br /> <br />14910 <br />Muff # 304 <br />
