Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement — The Preserve at <br /> Redwood Shores. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1) Approve the SubdiVision Map for the Preserve at Redwood Shores (the <br /> "Subdivision Map"), (2) approve the vacations as noted on the Subdivision Map, <br /> (3) accept the dedications as noted on the Subdivision Map, and (4) approve <br /> and authorize execution of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for The <br /> Preserve at Redwood Shores (304) Minute Order 08-136 <br /> Item 6.1 A was pulled because three council members had to recuse themselves. <br /> Mayor Foust and Council Members Ira and Harnett recused themselves from participation in <br /> 6.1A due to the fact that they are owners and/or residents of the area and this may pose a <br /> potential conflict of interest. Vice Mayor Howard conducted this portiori of the meeting. <br /> M/S Pierce/Aguirre to approve agenda item 6.1A. Motion passed by unanimous roll call <br /> vote with Mayor Foust and Council Members Ira and Harnett recused. <br /> The Vice Mayor stepped back down and Mayor Foust and the other Council <br /> Members returned to the dais. <br /> 7.
