It needs to go to <br />DHO's committee and I need two signatures from THO to process it. This will help our finances alot at this <br />time. Then if THO can send me the copies I will hand carry them to City Hall. No checks will be cut for <br />any non-profit untill all contracts are in and signed. We now need your <br />authorized agency representative to come to City Hall and sign the agreement prior to finalizing them with <br />the City Manager's signature. <br /> <br />The funding agreements will be available for signature in the City Clerk's Office on the Second Floor of <br />City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, from October 20th - 24th from 8:30am-5:00pm. <br /> <br />Please be sure that your authorized agency representative also brings a business card with them to leave <br />with the City Clerk. This will help assure that we have accurate information on where your funding <br />agreement should be sent once it is finalized. Once the agreement has been finalized, we will be sending <br />you a duplicate original, issuing payment of your grant, and sending the report forms for FY 08-09. <br /> <br />If your representative is unable to sign the agreements in the time frame listed above, please contact <br />Bernel Mershon at (650)780-7220 to make alternate arrangements. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of your agency's Funding Agreement and the Exhibit A Objectives.
