<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />(to Relocation Assistance Agreement) <br /> <br />The City shall make payments to Owner for the benefit of the Government as set forth <br /> <br />herein below: <br /> <br />1. An advance payment of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), which <br />Owner acknowledges was received on October 2,2003. <br /> <br />2. A payment of Forty Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars ($40,206.00), due on <br />execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />3. A payment in an amount based upon actual relocation expenditures required by <br />SSA, due upon SSA's occupancy of the Premises. The specific amount of this payment shall not exceed <br />a maximum of Seventy Six Thousand Dollars ($76,000.00). The actual amount, up to the stated maximum, <br />will be determined by supporting documentation provided by Owner demonstrating the amount of required <br />expenditures. Such expenditures must be reasonable in nature and extent. <br /> <br />4. Monthly payments of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Two Dollars ($13,402.00), <br />cornmencing November 15, 2003, and continuing until the earlier of (i) the time that nine (9) payments have <br />beenmade or (ii) such time as the Government terminates the Lease. Under no circumstances shall the City <br />be obligated to make more than nine (9) such monthly payments. <br />
