The site has a total of 4 controllers, For the purposes of this <br />report it can be assumed that the other controllers would have similar <br />results unless recent system checks and subsequent repairs / adjustments <br />have been made to any or all of the remaining controllers, <br /> <br />Birch Trees Birch trees are riparian trees, They prefer ampler water <br />at all times, Consider not planting Birch in shrub areas or <br />ensure bubblers are working to deliver extra water to <br />these trees, Cap bubblers in lawn areas or at trees that <br />do not need additional water, <br /> <br />. Landscape Water Management Essentials <br /> <br />Blocked heads Make sure spray patterns are not blocked by bushes, <br />water fowl fencing, homeowners placed containers (228 <br />Monaco), other decorative features in front yards or close <br />down nozzle where they are blocked, <br /> <br />Key Recommendations: <br /> <br />Spray heads As spray heads need to be replaced they should be <br />placed 2 to 4 inches away from concrete edges to reduce <br />potential damage by edging equipment The height <br />should be set to avoid damage by foot traffic or wheels of <br />maintenance equipment <br /> <br />1, Repair or replace the leaking or non-operational equipment. <br />2.
