Code &54957] <br /> <br />Performance evaluation of City Attorney <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on December 8, 2008, at 4:30 p.m.. for the purpose of considering <br />the above-clescribed matter. [Gov'!. Code 954957. 1] <br /> <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />change the compensation of or othelWise affect the employment status of a public employee <br />shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or nonrenewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any. [Gov't.
