Adopt a resolution amending Section 3 of the Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works <br /> Services Department) related to water rates. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY WATER DEPARTMENT (PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES <br /> DEPARTMENT) RELATING TO WATER RATES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 14860 <br /> (2).
