The City Manager is hereby authorized to direct that <br />water meters or classes of water meters may be read bi-monthly and that the billing <br />period therefor shall be for a two-month period. In such event, the cubic foot delivery <br />amounts specified in the foregoing rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of <br />computing the applicable water quantity charges." <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 14860 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section 3 of the Rules <br /> <br />and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works Services <br /> <br />Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding Resolution NO.14794," adopted <br /> <br />April 28, 2008 and operative July 1, 2008, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />3.
