<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) services for Alcohol and Other Drug <br />Prevention Planning Effort- 2008-09 <br /> <br />PCRC Responsibilities <br /> <br />· Design process with design committee (RC 20201YLI) to obtain comlTllnity input <br />from various stakeholders and / or identified target populations outside the <br />steering committee <br />· Facilitate process to obtain community input from various stakeholders and / or <br />identified target populations outside the steering committee <br />· Facilitate community input sessions with key stakeholders or target groups (ie. <br />Focus groups, community input) <br />· AssisUfacilitate steering committee in prioritization of communitybased <br />prevention strategies that meet community need <br /> <br />$1 OO/hour for process design - estimate 15 -20 hours <br /> <br />$2,000 <br /> <br />$150/hour for facilitation - extra for large groups (over 20 persons) <br />estimate 10 2-hour meetings <br /> <br />$3,000 <br /> <br />$75/hour for meeting planning and follow-up <br />estimate 40 hours to support 20 hours of facilitation <br /> <br />$3,000 <br /> <br />Total: $8,000 <br /> <br />PAYMENTS <br /> <br />PCRC will submit to Redwood City 2020 two detailed invoices for full payment of this contract. <br /> <br />The first invoice will be submitted in January 2008 for services provided. The amount will not <br />exceed $4,000. A second invoice for the remainder of the contract (up to $4,000) will be <br />submitted to Redwood City 2020 upon completion of agreed upon services. <br /> <br />Redwood City 2020 will approve submitted invoices and submit them to the City of Redwood City <br />for payment within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. <br /> <br />Agreement under $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br /> <br />4 <br />
