Sewer Connection and Service — 1340 Edgewood Road in unincorporated San <br /> Mateo County, CA. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Approve, by resolution, a request to the Local Agency Formation Commission <br /> (LAFCo) for extension of sewer service outside jurisdictional boundaries to 1340 <br /> Edgewood Road, unincorporated San Mateo County, pursuant to Government <br /> Code Section 56133. (802) <br /> RESOLUTION No. 14879 OF APPLICATION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> REQUESTING LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISION APPROVAL FOR <br /> EXTENTION OF SEWER SERVICE OUTSIDE JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES <br /> PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 56133 <br /> B. Resolution opposing any state budget proposals that "borrow" or take funds from <br /> local government, redevelopment, or transportation, toward balancing the state's <br /> budget. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Adopt the resolution opposing any state "borrowing" or taking of local funds to <br /> offset the state budget deficit.
