City, at City's expense, shall perform or arrange for: <br /> (a) removal of existing pavement, including that portion <br /> within the trick area <br /> (b) rilacement at all utilities underground, casings for <br /> which shall b bored unless train service is suspended <br /> or cther arrangements are made; <br /> (o) ins;aLLat i n 3f subyrade for relocated track to bottom <br /> of ballast, per attached detail <br /> (d) construction of raised curb walkway on both sides of <br /> relocated track; <br /> (e) construction of parking bays; <br /> installation of new paving within the vehicular traveled <br /> way; <br /> (g) placement of signs, pavement markings, illuminated signs <br /> and signals, and red curbing; and <br /> (h) materials for rubberized railroad crossings. <br /> 2 . Railroad, at its expense, shall: <br /> (a) remove three-thousand five hundred (3,500) feet of <br /> existing track, including one (I) turnout. <br /> (t ) install stabilization fabric; <br /> construct three-thousand five hundred ( 3,500) feet of <br /> new track, including one (1) turnout on the new <br /> alignment; <br /> (d) rearrange existing signal facilities to accommodate <br /> track changes: <br />
