<br />ORDINANCE NO.~~;r. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULP.TING THE CGNSTRUCTION, ERECTION, ENLARGEHENT, RAISING, <br /> <br /> <br />ALTERATION, REPAIR, REMOVAL, HAINTENANCE, USE AND HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS IN <br /> <br /> <br />THE TOWN OF HEDWOOD CITY, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City do ordain as follows, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. This Ordinance shall be known as the BUILDING LAW for the <br /> <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall apply to all buildin~s hereafter to be <br />ereQted, oonstruoted, altered, repalrecI, ,raised, a.dded to or built upon <br />in the Town of Redwood City. <br />SECTION 3. Relatlngtouissuanol of permits, filing of plans, speoifioations <br /> <br />and statements and demolition of bUildinzs. <br />Permits must be obtained from the Board of Trustees or their duly appointed <br /> <br />representative. <br />SECTION 4. Before the ereotion, construction, alteration, enlargement, <br />repair, removal or demolition of any building or structure or part there- <br />of, the person, firm or oorporation performing the work shall obtain a <br />permit for doing the same from the Board of Trustees of said Town. <br />Application for Permit. <br /> <br />. <br />SECTION 5. The permit may be applied for and obtained by the owner or <br />lessee direot dr aoting through an arohiteot, engineer or other agent. <br />The application shall state the location of the proposed building or <br />structure. It shall give the name and resident address of the actual <br />owner or owners of the land and of the building or struoture, the name <br />and resident address of the lessee or 18aseea if any, and the name and <br />address of the arohiteot , engineer or designer of the building or <br /> <br />at ruoture. <br /> <br />The application shall be made upon blanks furnished by the Board of <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />~_... _.-_.~._~-- <br />
