(In Meg Ohms) <br /> <br />[J Check for any loose or faulty electrical connections within the pump control panel. <br /> <br />[J Measure resistance between stator windings. (In Ohms) <br /> <br />[J Check voltage supply between all phases of the electrical control panel. (V AC) <br /> <br />[J Check voltage balance between all phases on the load side. of the pump control with pump on. (V AC) <br /> <br />[J Check amperage draws on all phases of the pump motor. (In Amps) <br /> <br />[J Check condition and operation of motor thermal protectors control system (if so equipped). <br /> <br />[J Removal of Flygt pump from lift station for physical inspection. <br /> <br />[J Check condition of upper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing). <br /> <br />[J Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped). <br /> <br />[J Check lower shaft seals (inspect condition of oil). <br /> <br />[J Change oil if needed (cost of oil included). <br /> <br />[J Check for worn or loose impeller. <br /> <br />[J Check all impeller wear rings. (Note: Wear rings are not covered by warranty and must be purchased by <br />customer if in need of replacement) <br /> <br />[J Check for noise upper and lower bearings. <br /> <br />[J Check physically for damage of pump and power cable. <br /> <br />Q Clean, reset, and check operation of level sensors. <br /> <br />[J Check for correct shaft rotation. <br /> <br />[J Reinstall Flygt pump and check for leakage at the discharge connection. <br /> <br />[J Test of pump operation cycle (if level ofliquid in station permits). <br /> <br />[J Check operating of valves and pipes in station. <br /> <br />F~ <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/200B .112 <br />11210B <br />
