TO THE OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 711 ESTHER LANE (058-245-020,058-244-030, 093-500-050 AND ptn of 093-501-010) Lots 7 and a portion of Lot 6, of Lot 5 as shown on the map entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 4 and 5, Block 23 of Oak Knoll Manor near Redwood City, California, filed in Volume 10 of Maps at Page 26, San Mateo County Recorder's Office and a portion of the Lands of the City and County of San Francisco Hetch Hetchy RIW and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 7, said point also being on the northerly line of Esther Lane (30 feet in width) said point also being an angle point in the boundary of the Oak Knoll Sewer District as established by Resolution No. 63592 passed and adopted on May 16, 2000; 1.) Thence North 30 33' 40" West along the westerly line of said Lot and District boundaries 97.61 feet to a point in the southerly line of Lands of the City and County of San Francisco Hetch Hetchy RIW (60 feet in width); 2) Thence North 800 21' 20" West along said Lands and continuing along said district boundary 313.62 feet; 3) Thence South 370 18' West 29.65 feet; to an angle point in said District boundaries as established by Resolution No. 42468 passed and adopted on July 28, 1981; 4) Thence North 46041' West along said District boundaries and continuing along said Lands 47.37 feet; 5) Thence North 800 21' 20" West along said District boundaries and along said Lands, 130.74 feet to a point in the easterly line of Oak Knoll Drive, as shown on the map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor, Redwood City, California filed in Volume 4 of Maps at Pages 4-11, San Mateo County Recorder's Office, said point also being a point in the District boundaries as established by Resolution No. 12190 passed and adopted on September 10, 1957; 6) Thence North 180 43' East along said westerly line, District boundary and said Lands 61.51 feet; Page 1 of 2
