<br />" , 0 0 <br />'0 <br /> CGM:mf 7/2/81 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 8 890 JUL 6 1981 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> ---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br />(MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the herein- <br /> <br />after described property is not needed for present or prospective <br /> <br />municipal or public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and <br /> <br />determined that the current reasonable market value for each <br /> <br />item to be declared surplus is less than One ~housand Dollars <br /> <br />( $1 , 000 . 00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares <br /> <br />that the items of City property listed on Exhibit A which is <br /> <br />attached hereto (Item Nos. 1032, 1073, 1123, 2097, 8202, 8228, <br /> <br />9325, 9333, 9374, and 9796) are surplus; that they are no longer <br /> <br />necessary or required for municipal or public purposes; and <br /> <br />that each has an appraised value of less than One Thousand <br /> <br />Dollars ($1,000.00). <br /> <br />2.
