<br />, ... <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:mf 6/18/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8889 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 6 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property (radio console); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council received evidence that the above <br /> <br />property is not needed for present or prospective municipal <br /> <br />or public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property at <br /> <br />a value of less than $1,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 3~(d) of the Charter of the City.of <br /> <br />Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby finds that the city-owned <br /> <br />property (radio console) is not now needed for any municipal <br /> <br />or public purpose and will not be needed for any municipal <br /> <br />or public purposes in the future, and hereby declares said <br /> <br />property to be surplus property. <br /> <br />2.
