<br />.. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />CGM:wb 6/18/81 <br />ORIGINAL <br />8 8 7 8 J UN 2 2 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE <br />OF WATER TELE~ffiTRY SYSTEM (1981-82 FISCAL YEAR) FOR <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLEm~ <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for maintenance of the Water Telemetry System for <br /> <br />the 1981-82 Fiscal Year in the City of Redwood city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Special provisions <br /> <br />for Maintenance for Water Telemetry System, 1981-82 Fiscal Year, <br /> <br />City of Redwood City," on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the <br /> <br />above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8878 <br />
