Q N N o. 8 872 <br /> <br />JUN 1 5 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF STREET MAINTENANCE MATERIALS FOR 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR <br />- ASPHALT EMULSION; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />for the Department of Public Works for fiscal year 1981-82; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of such materials for the Department of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Bid Documents for Purchase of Street <br /> <br />Maintenance Materials - Asphalt Emulsion - 1981-82 Fiscal Year - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk if hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />1981-82 as called for in the aforementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8872 <br />
