<br />:~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />...- <br /> <br />SWC:mf 5/28/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8 861 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 1 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY EMERGENCY PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10.8 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the City of Redwood City Disaster Council <br /> <br />has developed a revised City of Redwood City Emergency Plan; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such plan has been approved by the State of <br /> <br />California as being in conformance with the California Emergency <br /> <br />Services Act (Chapter 7 of Division 1 of Title 2 of the <br /> <br />Government Code); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to adopt said revised <br /> <br />plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOVlS: <br /> <br />That certain plan, entitled "City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Emergency Plan - January, 1981," a copy of which plan is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk for full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 861 <br />
