<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:mf 5/13/81 <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />THE FURNISHING OF TWO COMPACT STATION WAGONS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and <br /> <br />Arata Pontiac, Burlingame, California, hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Contractor~" for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following <br /> <br />described equipment and shall complete delivery of said equipment <br /> <br />F.O.B. Redwood City within 60 days from issuance of Notice to <br /> <br />Proceed by the Director of Finance, in strict accordance with <br /> <br />the contract documents made therefor and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract documents are <br /> <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully <br /> <br />set forth herein: <br /> <br />Two Compact Station Wagons <br /> <br />2.
