<br />f <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Q <br /> <br />,,. <br /> <br />CGM:wb 4/23/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8843 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 4 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF VARIOUS <br />OLD RECORDS OF THE CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City City Clerk Department is in <br /> <br />possession of various old records which are no longer required <br /> <br />by the City Clerk Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk desires to destroy all said unwanted <br /> <br />and unneeded records; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given his written consent to <br /> <br />the destruction of said records in accordance with Section 34090 <br /> <br />of the Government Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the <br /> <br />aforementioned records described in "Exhibit A," which is <br /> <br />attached hereto, pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8843 <br />
