Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section <br />35228(a), this Council hereby terminates proceedings for the <br />proposed annexation to the City of Redwood City, California, of <br />that certain territory described in Resolution No. 8794 above <br />mentioned and designated "Annexation of Kensington Square to the <br />City of Redwood City (13 :t Acres)\.:" <br />3.
