<br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />Current Year CO~llpliance Findings <br />For the year ended June 30, 2008 <br /> <br />1. CURRENT YEAR COMPLIANCE FINDINGS <br /> <br />2008-01 <br />Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33081.4, an agency shall submit a property report to the State <br />Controller Office within six months following the 'end of the agency's fiscal year-end date. However, we <br />noted the agency did file such report for the fiscal year 2006-2007. <br /> <br />Recommendation: We recommend that the Agency file the property report to the State Controllers Office to <br />be in compliance with the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br />Management Response: The Agency submitted a property report to the State Controller1s Office for fiscal <br />year 2006-07 on November 26, 2008. The Agency will begin to submit the property report to the State <br />Controller's Office annually with the Agency's Annual Report of Financial Transactions beginning with the <br />2007-08 Report. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />47 <br />
