<br />continue to file claims with the County for the lost PT AF funds each fiscal year, until <br />either the agreement is terminated or the dispute is resolved. <br /> <br />This tolling agreement, is also being offered to the cities of Brisbane, Burlingame, <br />Calma, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley, San <br />Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside. After the <br />Peninsula cities have executed their tolling agreements, they will be presented to the <br />Board of Supervisors for the County's authorization to toll the statute of limitations. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None.
