<br />Description: This project provides funding for the construction or upgrade of
<br />overpasses and underpasses (grade separations) along the Caltrain
<br />and Dumbarton rail lines. The Candidate Projects are listed below.

<br />Projects. The TA will detemLine Candidate Project selection and
<br />prioritization in conjunction with the project sponsors, based upon the
<br />California Public Utilities Commissiol'l formula and the desire of the
