The tax proceeds,must be Spellt for the purposes of funding the <br />transportation programs and projects as allowed in this Transportation <br />Expenditure Plan and may not be used for other purposes. <br /> <br />2. In accordance' with California Public Utilities'Code Section -131100, the tax <br />proceeds will be used to supplement, and may not be used to replace, existing <br />local property tax or other local revenues used for transportation purposes. <br /> <br />3.
