The Consent Calendar category is <br />limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it <br />to the Deputy City Clerk. <br /> <br />MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. The tower is located on a parcel owned by <br />the City which is subject to an easement in favor of PG&E. <br /> <br />C.
