<br />Recommendation: <br />Introduce an ordinance amending Section 25.2.02 (L) of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code to prohibit smoking in all Redwood City parks. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.2.02 (L) OF CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE I. PARKS <br />OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 1-2009 and 2-2009. Council may direct staff to act on <br />positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br />available in City Clerk's Department). <br /> <br />9.
