NO. <br />STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR TRAINING SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this lat day of June 2008, in the State of California. <br /> <br />This Agreement is made and entered into, by the Citv of Redwood City and between <br />hereinafter referred to as "Client", and the Office of Emera:encv Services of the State of <br />California, hereinafter referred to as "OES. .' <br /> <br />The purpose of this Agreement is for OES to provide specific services to Client. <br /> <br />All services shall be performed in accordance with the provisions hereinafter and herein <br />expressed. <br /> <br />1. The term of this Agreement is March 16-19, 2009. <br /> <br />2. Client shall reimburse OES in the amount not t.o exceed $51,000.00, <br />Fiftv-One Thousand Dollars for services provided in this Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
