<br />FARALLON GEOGRAPHICS, INC. <br /> <br />CORPORATE RESOLUTION <br /> <br />At a duly constituted meeting of the Board of Directors of Farallon Geographics, Inc. (the <br />"Corporation"), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, held <br />on June 9, 2008, at which meeting a quorum was present and voting throughout: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that Dennis Wuthrich was elected as Chief Executive Officer and <br />President of the Corporation and Joseph R Metro was elected as Vice President, Chief <br />Financial Officer and Secretary of the Corporation.
