<br />EXHIBIT "C" <br /> <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City prefers that the fees specified in the contract be paid in stages upon <br />completion of selected implementation milestones. The City prefers that one payment <br />be a reserve payment, the amount of which would be defined in the contract, when the <br />system reaches final acceptance. Final acceptance is reached when the Enterprise GIS <br />is operating to the City's satisfaction and all deliverable products defined in the RFP <br />(section VI) and terms of the contract have been met and the Enterprise GIS has been <br />operating to the City's satisfaction for two consecutive months. For the contract to be <br />issued pursuant to this RFP, the City prefers the following payment schedule: <br /> <br />Successful Completion of Milestone Percentage of Fees Paid <br /> <br />Strategic Planning 10% <br />System Design & Deployment 20% <br />Data Model Design & Installation 20% <br />Data Migration, Validation, and Testing 15% <br />Workflow Documentation 100/0 <br />Knowledge Transfer/Training & Support 150/0 <br />Final Acceptance (Reserve Payment) 100/0 <br />
