Again, this is in order <br />to ensure the project proceeds in the most conscientious and community-sensitive way <br />possible. <br /> <br />The city manager will provide a short presentation ahead of Council's discussion. <br /> <br />ALTERNAnVES <br />The Council could choose to direct staff to proceed with the scoping comment letter in a <br />different manner, and could choose not to engage in the issue of possible policies, <br />principles, and guidelines. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City associated with this study session.
