<br />6.1F <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Injury and property damage <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 combined single-limit <br />per accident for bodily injury and <br />property damage. <br /> <br />Property-Fire 1 <br /> <br />Replacement value of <br />the improvements <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, CHDO shall furnish City with <br />certificates and endorsement copies of information or declaration pages of the <br />insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general <br />liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) coverage, original <br />endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of <br />thirty (30) days after City shall have received written notification of cancellation or <br />reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> <br />(b) Providing that CHDO's insurance shall apply separately to each insured <br />against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the <br />insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br /> <br />(c) Naming the City, its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br />agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) Providing that CHDO's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance <br />with respect to City, its officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any <br />insurance or self-insurance maintained. by City for itself, its officers, boards, <br />commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of CHDO's insurance and not <br />contributory with it. <br /> <br />6. NON-DISCRIMINATION <br /> <br />CHDO shall comply with the non-discrimination requirements described below: <br /> <br />A. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> <br />(1) Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93-112), the CHDO agrees <br />that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities shall, solely by <br />reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be <br />denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the <br />performance of this contract or in the selection of low income <br />owners to purchase the dwelling to be built on the "Property," <br /> <br />1 Property-Fire insurance policy shall become effective no later than the date of notice to proceed is given to the <br />general contractor for work covered under this agreement. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGRI2009.001 <br />020409 <br /> <br />4 <br />
