<br />6.1F <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />PROGRAM SERVICES <br /> <br />A. ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />1. Assianment and Transfer of Aareement: Notwithstanding Paragraph 7 <br />herein, this Agreement may be assigned by CHDO on behalf of very low-income <br />households (hereinafter called "Beneficiary" or "Beneficiaries") provided that very low <br />income "Beneficiaries" shall assume all rights and obligations of the CHDO hereunder, <br />in form and content satisfactory to the City. Further, CHDO agrees funds hereunder <br />are provided pursuant to 24CFR92, regulations covering the use of HOME funds for <br />eligible community housing development organizations. <br /> <br />2. Eliaible Activities: With funds provided under this Agreement, CHDO <br />shall complete development of Fifteen (15) units of supportive housing, of which Seven <br />(7) will be HOME-assisted units as stated in the Budget and Contract' Objectives, on <br />property located at 104 Cedar Street, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />CHDO shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs <br />which provide affordable housing and supportive services to very low income residents <br />of the City.
