No reimbursement of travel and living expenses will occur under this Agreement. <br />f. Customer is responsible for paying all taxes relating to this Agreement. Applicable tax amounts (if any) are not <br />included in the fees set forth in this Agreement. If Customer is exempt from the payment of any such taxes, <br />Customer must provide CentralSquare valid proof of exemption; otherwise, CentralSquare will invoice <br />Customer and Customer will pay to CentralSquare all such tax amounts. <br />g.
