INTRODUCTION Attachment C Bidder's Initials MJ w The City of Redwood City (City) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, systems and installation services to the Public Works Services Department. This project will focus specifically on replacing two air conditioning (AC) rooftop units and automating new and existing equipment or systems at the Red Morton Community Center. All necessary equipment, materials, insurances, and personnel should be included in the bid. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an Agreement for Services with the City. Copies of this Notice Inviting Sealed Bids are available online at httpl/www.redwoodcity.org/businesslbids-proposals. All addenda related to this procurement will be posted online to the City's website. SECTION II. DEFINITIONS The following definitions shall apply to this Notice Inviting Bids and its attachments.
