<br />Commission, or any other agency of the State of California <br />designated by the awarding authority, for the purposes of <br />investigation to ascertain compliance with the Fair Employment <br />Practices section of this contract. <br /> <br />D. Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. <br /> <br />CHDO hereby agrees that it will comply with the provisions of Section 504 <br />of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, providing equal access and <br />reasonable accommodations in employment programs and services to persons <br />who are disabled. <br /> <br />E. Interest of Public Officials. <br /> <br />No members, officers, employees, or agents of City and no other public <br />official who exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this <br />Agreement or CHDO's Program during his or his tenure, or for one year <br />thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. CHDO shall incorporate in all subcontracts <br />hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br />F. Reliaious Activity Prohibited. <br /> <br />Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as part of, <br />or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />G. Uniform Administration Reauirements. <br /> <br />CHDO shall comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME <br />Investment Partnership Regulations, OMS Circular A-122 Cost Principles for <br />Non-Profit Organizations, OMS Circular A-11 0, and all other federal, state, and <br />local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />H. HOME PROGRAM Reauirements. <br /> <br />CHDO shall comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME <br />Investment Partnership Regulations relating to: income targeting to HOME limits <br />of 500/0 and below median income; affordability term of no less than 15 years; <br />Contractor shall set unit HOME rents at the rates listed below. Said rents shall <br />not exceed 300/0 of the household's gross income. Monthly housing costs shall <br />be defined as rent plus utilities. <br /> <br />7.
