<br />6.1D <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />Phase 2. Disposal of Dredge Spoils within the Preserve at Redwood Shores <br />Preservation Site <br /> <br />Task 1. Amend Corps Permit for the Preserve at Redwood Shores. HBG will prepare and <br />submit an application to anlend the permit for the Preserve at Redwood Shores. HBG will <br />coordinate with the Corps, as necessary, during the preparation of the permit application <br />submittal and public comment review period. HBG will prepare responses to public comment, <br />assist client in coordination with responses to public comments, provide negotiation of permit <br />conditions and facilitate the permit signature process. This proposal assunles that 80 hours of <br />tinle plus expenses are necessary for this Task. <br /> <br />Task 2. Amend Section 7 Biological Opinions with USFWS and NMFS for Redwood <br />Shores Mitigation Bank. HBG will prepare documentation necessary to amend the previously- <br />released biological opinions from the USFWS and NMFS pursuant to Section 7 of the <br />Endangered Species Act and related to potential inlpacts to federally-listed species that could <br />result from the project. These documents are to include any necessary Biological Resources <br />AsseSSlnent report. HBG will conduct necessary coordination \vith agency representatives as <br />well as represent the client at agency meetings that may be scheduled. This proposal assumes <br />that 80 hours of time plus expenses are necessary for this Task. <br /> <br />Task 3. Amend RWQCB Water Quality Certification for Redwood Shores Mitigation <br />Bank. HBG will prepare and subm.it an application to amend the permit fro.m the RWQCB for <br />the Redwood Shores Mitigation Bank. HBG will coordinate with the agency, as necessary, <br />during the preparation of the permit an1endment application submittal and public COll1ment <br />review period. HBG will prepare responses to public comment, assist client in coordination with <br />responses to public comments, provide negotiation of permit conditions and facilitate the permit <br />signature process. Thi.s proposal assumes that 80 hours of tinle plus expenses are necessary for <br />this Task. <br /> <br />Task 4. Amend Bene Development Permit for Redwood Shores Mitigation Bank. HBG <br />will prepare and submit an application to amend the pennit for the Redwood Shores Mitigation <br />Bank. RBG will coordinate with the agency, as necessary, during the preparation of the permit <br />anlendment application subnlittal and public comment review period. HBG will prepare <br />responses to public comment, assist client in coordination with responses to public comments, <br />provide negotiation of permit conditions and facilitate the permit signature process. This <br />proposal assumes that 80 hours of time plus expenses are necessary for this Task. <br /> <br />Task 5. Client Coordination. lIBG will coordinate with client and representatives regarding <br />project status and needs related to the above work phases on an as-needed basis through <br />telephone calls, meet.ings, and written documentation. HBG will also assist client with strategy <br />regarding agency permitting and negotiating pennit conditions. HBG will coordinate all aspects <br />of permit approval with the client and/or designated representative. This proposal assumes that 8 <br />hours of time plus expenses are necessary for this Task. <br /> <br />Task 6. Agency Filing Fees. HBG will deternline agency filing fee amounts for the RWQCB <br />and BeDe and inform the client when such fees are to be paid.
