Yamamoto, City Attorney <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - Personnel {Gov'f. Code S54957] <br /> <br />. Performance evaluation of City Attorney <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on February 23, 2009, at 5:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering <br />the above-described matter. [Gov't. Code S54957. 1] <br /> <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appointt employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />change the compensation of or otherwise affect the employment status of a public employee <br />shaH be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or nonrenewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remediest if any. [Gov't.
