<br />Vice Mayor Howard concurred and stated that the Council is looking for civility. She is <br />hoping for more decorum. Mayor Foust thanked the two Council Members because in her <br />opinion it takes courage to call out such behaviors. <br /> <br />Council Member Hartnett hopes that 2009 will be the year of opportunity and he is hopeful <br />that the personal attacks will stop. He stated that there have been various slanderous <br />comments and it is his opinion that the real consequence is a diminishment of the <br />credibility of the person making the attacks. <br /> <br />9. ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 9:53 p.m. in memory of Mimi Paparo, <br />and Vice Mayor Howard provided details on her life. <br /> <br />M/S Howard/ Ira to adjourn.
