TITLE READ. <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY INTERIM ORDINANCE PROHIBITING <br /> DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE "TP" (TIDAL PLAIN) ZONING <br /> DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED BETWEEN THE LIDO <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SPECIFIC PLAN AREA AND BAY SLOUGH AND PROPERTIES <br /> WITHIN "AREA H" IN THE REDWOOD SHORES AREA OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> Council Member Hartnett advised that SBSA, a major property owner in the <br /> area, is "reviewing its land use and is working with the subcommittee and staff, so <br /> there is a contemporaneous review that is logical and makes sense." <br /> <br /> CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
