Ongoing Matters:

1. Update on Elwood Street/Sequoia High Union School District

Jason Culverhouse thanked the City Council for all its efforts in this matter. He said that
the Sequoia High Union School District wants to adopt a resolution exempting them from
certain regulations and he disagrees with this attempt. Regarding the broader issue of
the relationship between the neighbors and the School District there will be a
process/discussion coming up. Under the auspices of Mayor Foust, the City will host a
through the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.
